On the ground floor, the building features an eye-catching retail area alongside an elegant office lobby. The second floor provides a parking garage, complementing the basement parking space. The third and fourth floors host a selection of restaurants and a banquet hall, showcasing the area's culinary variety. The office spaces, occupying the fifth to eighth floors, include a shared, double-height atrium filled with sunlight.
